![]() If the damge is near the bottom of the hole or at the bottom it shouldn't be much of a problem. How bad is it? Will a overbore clean it up? I have a 302 that had a similar problem. There was a bit of material at the bottom of one of the holes that was damaged but it was still good because it was not in the pistons travel. If you are still unsure then ask a engine builder.
