Ouch! That 60' is the only holdback from a 14 second run. Practice makes perfect. With the 3.73's you're probably going to have to leave from an idle and really feather into the throttle lightly. You're not far off though. I can see you getting it down to about 2.1-2.2 with just a little practice which should put you right down in the 14.8 second range.
