According to www.bmw.com, I found that their were 3 models. A 1.8, a 2.0 and a 3.0. The 3.0 roadster weighs 2998 lbs, is rated at 227 HP @ 5900 RPM, 221 ft*lbs @ 3500. That should be good for high 13's (if he's an excellent driver)but probably low 14's (?) The 2.0L roadster wieghs almost the same and is rated at 147 HP @ 6900 RPM, and 140 ft*lbs @ 3500.
