Red face Do I NEED To Convert To Mass Air?

i've kinda droped the turbo idea (too much money for the kit, & 20hrs to install=$$$$)
If i were to add 24lb inj's, TFS TW Heads, TFS Street Intake & TFS #1 cam(221*/225* duration@.050, .499/.510" lift with 1.6 RR) would it still be driveable (eanough for daily driving)?
also would i have a piston to valve clearence problem?
thanks
