If the Cobra is stock there is not a single shread of a doubt you will kill him.
I have beaten 2 Stock Cobra 97-98 up to now (easily) from a clean organized street race. Add your mods to the equation, and he is certainly dead, ...even if you miss a shift on second gear twice. You really have to screw up bad to loose this one. Make it a 2 out 3 just so there is no excuse... oh, and don't bring up the antes to much, he'll start doubting your car and you won't get the cash. Make it look like it's a "tough decision"...
