Where to street race Q's. Couldn't they be cops?

OMFG dude you are my got-dammed idol! I've got a cell phone and a CB radio already, still need a scanner though. and i'd like to have a concealed radar/laser detector when i get a 'stang. but my question is, how do you find out when the shifts change?

p.s. at one point in college my dad and some of his friend designed 'stealth' motorcycle, to avoid radar etc .
