I'm going with jimberg, why would you want to plead guilty if you don't thin that you are? I didn't realise you were just going to traffic court, if so talk to the prosecutor like the others have said.
Maybe I'm just stubborn, but there's no way I'd just plead guilty without a fight if I were innocent, make sure you do mention the lack of a police report and the fact the other driver wasn't charged as well. |
