Hahahaha! Aw, man! Sorry, I'm LMAO at some of the ideas I've seen in this thread.
Anyhoo, how can a 17-year-old own a house and not be subject to lawsuits or criminal prosecution??? Doesn't make sense...then again he's in Okyhoma. I would VERIFY his age, just to be sure you can't sue, through the police or something. I can't believe he's giving you all of these excuses, dude! I smell #2, and if I were you (just because I'm crazy like this), I'd show up at his doorstep with a chainsaw and say, "WHERE'S MY PARTS, DUDE?!?" Hehehehehe, that usually works to scare people.
