![]() Well, it's good that you can get free legal advice from work, but small claims court means you represent yourself, no legal representation allowed to make your case. I don't like going this road any more than the rest of you, but you may have to resolve this in a fashion he'll understand. I dislike violence, so my suggestion would be...he's gotta park sometime. Gone in 60 seconds, get your parts back & report it 'abandoned' to your Sheriff friend so it gets impounded. This way, you get your parts, nobody else messes up his car(though tempting, it's still wrong),& he gets the joy of getting his car out of impound...& if he has your parts on it, he likely has other 'less-than-legal' parts on it, too. I agree that he needs a good beatdown, though. Good luck
