When you swap mobo's, windows often does need to be reinstalled because it fusses so much. "need to install driver so you can use CDROM, please insert the Win CD in that drive so that I can copy files from it....Error, cannot read from drive drive not installed.....insert CD in drive to install drivers for drive....." I'd go with an above statement, and run FDISK from a boot disk, then restart. Winblows installer should automatically run scandisk before it lets you install though.
Windows also says great things like: "Error: the operation completed successfully" WTF!?!?!?! |
