I'm not talking about drilling for American reserves. Bush is in favor of that for multiple reasons, including strenthening his investments. Bottom line is it would be WAY more cost efficient and in our best interest to set a deal up with Russia to provide them with the equipment to drill in Siberia. The Democrats oppose it because the Republicans don't. It's typical bi-partisanship.

I have no party affiliation, and read my post. I voted for BUSH.

About the China incident, they have every right in the world to be pissed and keep our plane. We kept their planes for YEARS after the they ticked us off with Taiwan, or Tianaman Square. I forgot which. Anyway, we had a contract to repair a few of their fighters, then when they pissed us off, we quit working on them, seized them, and sent them a bill for storage!! You really think they are gonna forget that?
