Question is this cam worth swapping?

I have an 85GT, my current mods are listed below. I am still running the stock cam and heads. I am able to get a free cam that came in the 93 lightnings.
206 @ .050 .448 lift INT>
214 @ .050 .464 lift EXH>
I know this is better than what I got, but is it worth swapping out. The automatic cars in 85 had a milder cam then the manuals, so my car is still dogg a$$ slow.
I will be adding a set of either gt40' or stockers with a port job.

85GT,auto/2400 stall,converted to carb.
edelbrock 600, performer RPM, BBK equal length headers, mallory distr. and ignit., h-pipe, flows, 3:73, converting to five lug and installing 95 cobra rims.
