My favorite part was when the cops came in in the opening scene at the huge street race. Here you have a bunch of sub 2000 pound rice-mobiles, and cops driving up in 4500 crown vics. If i were a cop, i wouldn't have been weaving like they were, i would play pinball.

Also, if those idiots would drop the spoiler and the 200lb sound system, they would gain half a sec in the quarter on they're supposedly 10 sec cars. The thing is, that they never actually had times on the cars, never went to a real track......

I think the movie is somewhat truthful in that it takes a ricer 80,000 dollars to get into the tens; and thats using nitrous. You could easily get any stang into the 10s, including the cost of the car, for half that or less.
