![]() I don't know about cost, but you can probably expect about 30-40hp from the head swap alone, which won't put you on top of the 99-00GT's. If you were to add the FRPP Intake that goes with the head swap, you'll probably end up with 270-280 bhp, which is more than the new GT's. If you had some head work done plus the intake you'll see more, but will probably have to upgrade the fuel system as well to take advantage of the increased flow.
