The Steeda sports springs well. Lower the car about 1"-1.25". Eibachs work well also as do others. You just don't want to lower it more then 1.25"-1.5".

For the camber, maybe, maybe not, depending on your car. I had to get the cc (caster/camber) plates to get my car back into spec, other people haven't. But with CC plates you also get the ability to adjust caster, which is a big plus in a Mustang.
