Question 4.6L DOHC Engine Swap into a 90 GT

I'm a fan of the modular engines and I wanted to know what would I need to put a 96+Cobra motor into my 90 GT other than the Engine, trans and ECU/wiring. Would I also have to change the motor mounts or would they match up? Also, how much would a Cobra motor and trans cost me? Any input on this matter or past experiences on motor swaps would be greatly appreciated.
