Default pls. Help w/ Comp. Eng. 3-way shocks!!

If anyone is using Competition Engineering's 3-way adjustable drag shocks, please help! These shocks are grey in color and are adjustable from 30/70, 50/50, and 60/40. My problem is I installed these but lost the directions which tells you which symbol stands for what setting. The symbols are "R", "F" and some other one. i could call Compettition engineering, but i figured i would try here first thanks.
