Is a gtech worth it?

If you're looking to prove your times with it, a lot of the hard core track guys will refuse to believe anything that comes out of a box. It's that scary "new" stuff. Heh. It's kinda like the person who has

that many dots. You can either count the top row, and the first column then multiply to get 25, or you can use the tried and true can't get the answer for real without counting every last dot. You don't have to do everything physically to get the right answer (or close to it.)

You'll find some people give the Gtech credit, and some people who just can't accept a little mounted box can give you any accurate information.

The Gtechs are seldom more than 1-2 tenths off from all the people that seem to run them. I'd say that's pretty damn good.
