Turbo's and Superchargers do the exact same thing....pros and cons for both.
The main difference is that Turbo's run off of your exhaust and blowers run off of your crank. Superchargers are more instant boost than turbo's. Torbo's have that notorious "turbo lag" With turbo's you will also have to alter your exhaust, buy differend headers, etc... You will also have to buy a intercooler whereas with a blower you don't HAVE TO, but you can. I hope that answered your question.
