You guys give good advice...
FOrgive me for taking so long to reply, my internet cable is pissing me off. It was off and just got back on today....
Thanks a lot guys for your advice. I think it's great advice and I'll follow it. Then again, I am VERY close to purchasing a 1991 LX hatchback by Monday (2 days from now). So I can start stripping down the '79 and won't have to worry about the transmission  .
