Try the Flowtech, now owned by Holley, 1-5/8" LT header. It's painted with questionable paint for $100 (US) from Summit and Jeg's. There is an availble x-pipe that bolts directly to the 3-bolt flange on the header also made by Flowtech. The quality of the header is pretty good and it fits T-5 and C-4 transmissions.
