Are you sure you're going to need it? If you remove the baffle from the passenger side cover, and do a little grinding on the inside of both covers, it should work.

Also, the 1" spacer could possibly lower the rpm range on the intake 100-200rpm since it is increasing the runner length. I've seen discussions on this before, but I have not seen any proof to back it up. Just something to think about.
