Actually,

The last generation of the RX7 was only available in the states with the twin sequential turbos. There was the R1 and R2 version. The R1 had a much more road race set-up, and the R2 had the killer stereo.

A 93 would have to be twin turbo, and driven well, they go pretty deep into the 13s. If I remember correctly, around 13.6 stock.
