Get an upper intake off an 87+ with a 60mm t/b, it'll make a difference. Also, if you can, get a set of E7TE heads, and then you'd have the extra kick you'd need to get into the 13's with some minor tweaking. This of course is assuming you have the stock 86 intake and heads.
