I'd say high 11's sounds right. Now if he bolts on the right supension set up, and some slicks, that Cobra would Blister (Well it already is.).
Theres a few guys in town here that run High 12's with just gears and Off-Road Pipes in there Mod Motor Cobras. Hey, who was it that was running low 12's and shooting for the 11's with a NA Mod Motor Cobra? I cant remember.
