Since you have gears, you will need a chip anyway to fix the speedo and shiftpoints. I would say you could expect to pick up about 6-8hp. My buddy's got a 95 v6 auto with dual exhaust, pulleys and a chip, and he felt a nice gain from the chip. Also, with the firmer shift points from the chip, the car really snaps your neck back on hard shifts.
