Really it depends on what you want to do and how you are set up. For your particular application I would stay with the 2.73. If you are not going race anybody from zero why change gears? From a roll the 2.73 will be just as good as a 3.73, maybe better depending on speed. One concern is your clutch. It will last longer with a lower gear. Takes less slippage to get you moving the lower the gear. A 3.55 or even 3.73 would be a good street/track compromise if you planned to race at the track.
