![]() Well I put my transmission in gear and it seems I got the tailshaft through the clutch plate, but I don't think it went into the flywheel. I guess my only option is to take the bellhousing off and align the clutch again. It seems the cheap alignment tool I bought at the auto parts store sucks!! What do yall think??????

![]() Just have a helper wiggle the clutch fork with a large prydriver and you should be able to get it to align itself and slide into place. You shouldn't need to pull the bellhousing again. At most, just pull the tranny down and realign things while a helper fiddles with the clutch fork.
