The Ford dealer will have a record of everything they did to the car last time, including whether or not they replaced the bulbs. You can certainly have them check their records and print them up for you to prove that part.
Buy another package of the Sylvania bulbs, don't open them. They will have the DOT approved information somewhere on the packaging and ratings that you can bring to the dealer. The part is fine. Also, elevate the situation as suggested above. This kind of stuff is ridiculous. Domestic auto makers wonder why they get such bad press? |
