You can't sue the dealer. Not enough $$$ involved to interest any lawyer. What you could mention is that you're having to drive at night with your fog lights and your just hoping that no accident results due to the delay in repairing the problem from they're NEGLIGENCE (key word here). That might interest they're lawyers.
