A friend is running the downs upper. I don't have alot of experience, but I'll offer what I know or have heard. They don't work well with NA setups unless it's a high compression, high hp setup. They kill torque, that's why you'll see them mostly on forced induction setups. As far as the power adder, see sig. Dart Jrs currently being installed, was going to upgrade the turbo too, but I want to see what kind of power I can make with this one first.
