Well the F cam is good on the street, but it won't pass emissions easily. The E cam is a nice choice and makes good power, but in all honesty, you should consider a custom ground cam, unless you want an off-the-shelf grind. Run 24lb injectors as a minimum, and make sure you have the 190lph pump. Why skimp now?

I wouldn't run the TFS intake with AFR heads, I heard they don't line up well (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Go with an Edelbrock Performer and you'd be fine. The rest of your combo looks good.
