My '66 coupe weighs right at 3000 lbs with 1/2 tank of gas. I've got bigger tires , auto trans, no AC or PS. Ive added Ganada front disks and a few other performance odds and ends. With me in it, track weight is about 3250. Those shipping weights are dry weights and are not what you'll see on the street, IMHO.
