				 | Is it a good cam for me??? My local speed shop wants to sell me this following camshaft SPEED PRO # CS-195R 212-222 A .050 ET .493/.510 LIFT I don't know anythings about this stick My engine is basically stock with lightly ported ETE with upgrade springs, trick flow street intake, 1 5/8 headers with 2 1/2 exhaust and 8-9 psi from a powerdyne. For my me it sounds really good, but for you master-stangbangers, is it so good???? Tanx

				 | I am not too sure what the rim size is because I bought the car with the rims on it already. I think they are 15/8 and 15/5 with 5 inch back spacing but I am not sure.

				 | In your particular application, because you are running boost, you really need to look at the cams duration. Because of it's nature, the blower exaggerates every performance mod that you do as well as any shortcomings in your combo. The duration shouldn't be too much over about 230ish in degrees for your particular setup. Too much duration would cause the valves to hang open too long and wouldn't help you optimize power output. Hope this info was helpful. Hey FiveO, nice ride!

				 | Anything that will help your car breath will pay big dividends. Aluminum heads will really help because they have a better heat coefficient than cast iron and allow for a slightly higher compression ratio. Good ported aluminum heads and a ported aftermarket intake would be a huge help. Also a good set of headers (jet-hot coated?) and look into a good throttle body/injector setup. I've heard of guys running in the 11's w/ a good blower/intake/head selection on the stock cam so I know that if you concentrate on the breathing of the car, 11's would be gravy.

				 | What's the lobe separation angle on that cam? With a blower it's nicer to run 112° or 114° so you don't blow boost out the exhaust side (overlap = bad). Also provides for a broader powerband. |

				 | I was about to say..... lobe seperation is pretty important with a blower. You want something that has pretty decent lobe seperation. just like jonnyk said, something with 112-114 degrees. You don't want to be throwing away the boost your blower makes by pushing it out the exhaust.

				 | just about every mustang cam out there has a 112 LSA. Some are 114, a few are 110. with a blower, i would recommend 114, although many people run blowers with 110 and 112 with good results. |

				 | Hey, sounds like a good cam. But if I were you, I would go with the F303 Cam. My mom (yes my mom) lol has a 95 Gt with a stock block. All it has is the F303, Shorty Headers, H-pipe, flowmasters, gears, and a Powerdyne 6lb. The car Pulls like a HORSE. The F303 is one of the best cams out there in my opinion. You might want to try it. Lift is .512 so you'll be plenty safe. Eric
