I can rant off some possibilities for you if it helps...

-- wrong rotation pump
-- clogged radiator and/or water jackets
-- fan clutch is inoperative
-- thermostat isn't opening far enough or is in bass ackwards
-- inoperative radiator cap

That's all I can think of right now. Hope this helps. Good luck!
