Windsor Srs have plenty of potential. My friend Jeff has a ported set on a pretty much a stock bottom end 351. It has Keith Black pistons with a cam from summit, victor jr intake, holley carb, 1-3/4" headers, 3" exhaust, 4.56 gear, with a C4. The car weighs 3010 lbs with him in it and runs 6.86 (1/8) on motor and 6.01 at 114 mph on 250 shot of nitrous. Now the heads haven't been hogged out, just cleaned up, so I think they have plenty of potential.
Yes their springs aren't known for being the best, I'd call Keith Craft and have them suggest some for your application. On another note, don't do any bussiness with Excessive. It's pretty much known in the mustang community they are crooks. Unless your putting these heads on a stroker or a 351, you'll loose to much torque. Stick with the jrs, unless your going to spray it with a big shot.
