![]() I agree that the EGR port should be blocked before adding a spacer. However, you should consider *why* you are adding a spacer. It will keep the air cooler but it also adds length to your runner as previously mentioned in this thread. If you are planning on a spacer and nothing else then realize that there is no gain whatsoever by that add on alone. for example, i added rollerrockers and taller valve covers, as well as an upper intake from an explorer. I *HAD* to get a 1" spacer just to fit it all together. I hope that helps.
