When started up and idling the rpm's will stay about about 600rpm. What would cause the rpms to surge down to about all the way down, voltage drops, and the car about dies when the car comes to a stop, but once the car takes off again it runs fine. Thanks

i have the exact same problem, but I had my timing adjusted a little and it isn't very accurate b/c the marks are gone...I usually just put it in nuetral and give it a little gas till the light changes.

You might want to give the car a tune up and replace the plug wires.
