The intercooler sits on the lower intake manifold and the supercharger sits on top of the intercooler. The lower intake manifold is a 5.4L specific manifold and won't work on 4.6's let alone a 5.0L.
I can say with 100% accuracy that there is no way that it will work unless you transplant a 5.4L into your car (which of course, would be pretty sweet....but costly). If nothing else, you'll at least be able to get some money out of winning that supercharger.
