missing my stang

I know EXACTLY what you're talking about. I went through the same thing last winter when I stored it. Just today I went downstairs to start it up (just to sit and listen for a bit ) and my right hand was literally shaking a bit through a slight nervous kind of excitement. Last winter was easier because I kept her stored in my grampa's empty garage just up the street and I could pull it out any time I wanted to stretch her legs a little, when it was nice.

But this winter the poor thing is down in our new part of our basement, unable to jet outta the door and onto the road. since we had to drive it through the yard to get her down there, we have to wait until the grass isn't all soft when we take her back out again. It's like she's chained in a cell, nowhere to go .

If i sound like i treat her like a member of the family it's because that's exactly what she is to me . and our garage door down there isn't wide enough to accomodate a Mustang backing in and turning all in one turn because the area doesn't have big enough of an angle. so we had to back her in, jack up the rear end and push her fat butt over about 3 feet so we could pull her the rest of the way in.

Ugh, talk about being anxious when we pull her out of there. Whew, I don't think i'll be able to take it, heh heh.
