When you try to start it, instead of just letting go of the key, after it cranks over, move it back or forward and see if it stays running. Try moving it a little each way... or when you are driving and see if the car dies. I had that problem and the lock cylinder was bad. It took me a month to find out what it was. At first the car would start and die in 2 seconds just like yours is doing. Then it started dying when I was driving... it was the weirdest thing I'd ever seen. Also when it dies after two seconds, check the fuel pressure and see if it's there. I have a feeling the lock cylinder is bad. Good luck.
