You can replace all of these things and the razor - while technically theft - isn't worth the trouble. She's probably trying to both annoy you and yet keep a link to you by grabbing your stuff; my guess is that she saw this breakup coming and had this planned out, but be that as it may, my advice - since you asked for opinions - is to let it go., along with her.

Some day in the future she may see the futility of taking these things and give them back (if she hasn't destroyed them by then) but don't count on it. She sounds rather vindictive. Move on without her.
