![]() Put some tension on it with the puller and then try grabbing the wheel and giving it a jerk, or maybe tapping it at the back with a soft faced hammer, it probalby needs a bit of a shock. If that doesn't work I'd suggest taking it to a professional, or someone who's done this a few times.
