I got a tip. Dont do it, unless you want to spend 200 hours with a grinding tool and have black crap all over your body every time you work on it.

My friend did this to a 300zx manifold, and it took him FOREVER. He had problems, which grits to use, which grinders grease, which buffing wheel works, which didnt, etc...and he learned as he went along.

After watching that , I would pass, however, his maniflod looks sweet!
