If it's not overflowing, how are you determining that you have a problem? Is your temp gauge an aftermarket gauge or stock? Mechanical or electric? Your radiator cap should permit an overflow if your coolant temp gets too hot. I'm not trying to argue with you, I'm trying to help you. Your two threads on this have been kind of sketchy on info.
