Sorry for the confusion. I'm in Maryland. The chart I looked at said (gpm) And the numbers i gave were the ones written. If this still doesn't make sense i will look into it further. The rule is that it is supposed to pass viual inspection but the last time i went they didn't check. And the first retest is free anyways. So If I go and they tell me to put the egr plate it I'll put it in and go back.
