240hp
The 95 Cobra has major enhancements over the GT. Upgraded brakes, GT40 iron heads, Cobra intake, 1.7:1 roller rockers, crank pulley, 24lb/hr injectors, 70mm MAF, upgraded T-5, and 3.27:1 rear gears to name a few. The cam in the car is not very aggressive, the computer stinks, and the MAF isn't the best. Upgrading those items and adding a full exhaust will net you impressive performance increases. Expect hp levels to jump to around 320hp with those mods. Skip the cam and you should still see over 300. It was underrated by Ford in the first place as the cars make closer to 260hp. The 1995 Cobra will be a serious collector. The last of the pushrod Cobra's, and the last of the 5.0's. |
