Darius,

What vehicle did you get that ps pulley from? I've been working on a friends car with the same setup. Even with a cobra wp pulley the belt will still hit itself on the wp if I use the stock tensioner pin lock hole. In the pic the tensioner is reclocked as close to the stock location as possible. We managed to pry on a 80.5" belt by loosening the ps, but its still too loose and squeals under wot in 1st with all the electrical loads on. Thanks
