I'm running pedastal roller rockers (1.6's) with my stock ported/shaved heads and my car went a best of 13.730 with the stock gears and terrible traction. With my new 3.73 gears I am willing to bet I could get into the low 13's with good traction. I'm shooting for mid to low 12's with just the motor and I'll be there when I get my heads and a couple other little things. But by then I'll be using stud mount rockers.
