![]() The early covers were designed to be used with a water pump that flows in the opposite direction from the late model covers that the EFI 5.0s use. They also have a hole to run a mechanical fuel pump in the side. Don not use these covers with a 5.0 engine of the motor will overheat...get the a late model cover if you can. The best place to get them is at an engine core supply. Hope this helps!
